Whilst we do our best to provide a reliable service, we're under no obligation to do so. In addition, we don't warrant that your data will be available, or that any feature will work in accordance with its specifications. Basically, you're on your own and use our service at your own risk!

You can't use our service for spamming, harassing someone else or criminal activities. You agree that we can terminate your account at any time without notification if you put excessive load on our systems or cause us problems.

While we have taken extensive measures to protect your privacy, we are not responsible for disclosure of your private data. You are responsible for selecting a strong pass phrase, keeping it private, and only passing on message codes to those who you want to read your messages.

If you forget your pass phrase, we can't recover it for you, or provide access to your messages. You realise that the nature of the encryption methods we have selected make it impossible for us to recover data for you.
